Vexpi is designed with privacy as a default. The app stores all data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate servers, collect analytics, or transmit personal information to third parties.
All item data — including names, expiry dates, categories, storage locations, tags, notes, and photos — is stored exclusively on your device. Vexpi does not have access to any cloud storage or external servers.
Camera access is requested only when you attach a photo to an item. Photos taken or selected are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. You may revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings.
Vexpi uses iOS local notifications to remind you before items expire. These notifications are generated entirely on-device and do not involve any external service. Notification permission can be revoked in iOS Settings → Notifications → Vexpi.
Premium subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. Vexpi does not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID. You can cancel at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Vexpi does not integrate any analytics SDK, crash reporting service, advertising network, or third-party tracking library. Your usage patterns and item data remain entirely private.
All app data is permanently deleted when you uninstall Vexpi from your device. Because data is stored locally, there is no account or server-side data to request deletion of.
Vexpi does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app does not require account creation or any form of registration.
