By downloading or using Vexpi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Vexpi grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Vexpi offers an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased. Trial availability and duration may change at any time.
All data you enter into Vexpi — including item names, dates, notes, and photos — is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Vexpi does not access or store your content on external servers.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app. You may not use Vexpi for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app.
Vexpi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Expiry date reminders are intended as a convenience only. Always check product labels and use your own judgement regarding food or medicine safety.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date of the current version is shown above.
